Q: How much does it cost to attend?

A: The cost for one ticket is set to a flat rate of $130 USD and gives you access to the whole 3-days of conference. ICPA members are entitled to attend the Virtual Conference using a reduced fee.

Q: I want to buy multiple tickets for my agency. How do I make a group booking?

Q: I want to attend only 1 session. Do I still need to buy a ticket?

A: Yes. We do not have any special ticketing options for selected days or presentations.


Q: What time do the sessions start?

A: To ensure that attendees from around the world have a chance to participate Live, each of the three days will be scheduled around a different time zone as shown below. Should you miss a particular session all our presentations will be made available on-demand for watching later during the course of the event and afterwards.

Q: Will there be translation?

A: Please note that all conference sessions are in English – sorry, translation is not available for this event.

Q: Can I pick which sessions to attend?

A: Yes! You can choose any session or presentation you would like to attend. When you have access to the conference platform you can build your own personalized agenda.

Q: What happens if I can’t attend live? Can I watch later?

A: We understand that you might not be able to attend every session as it happens. Although we encourage Live participation as much as possible, all our presentations will be recorded, and you will be able to watch them again should you miss one.


Q: What technology do I need to attend this event?

A: For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and the Chrome internet browser. You will also be able to access the conference via the smartphone app which will be available to both Android and Apple users. Please note that you should check in advance for any potential restrictions if you are using a computer or device supplied by your organisation.

Q: Do I need to have a webcam and microphone for the event?

A: Although you do not need a webcam to attend virtual events, you’re encouraged to use your webcam during the workshop sessions to allow for a face-to-face experience with other attendees. The virtual event platform also provides video call functions to talk with other participants if you wish to do so.

Q: How do I log into a virtual event on the day of the event?

A: Closer to event you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the conference platform. We aim to open the platform a few days in advance to allow you to familiarize yourself prior to the event starting.
